Corrugated Board & Carton Plant
With two corrugated board making machines (including our heavy-duty Five-Ply Automatic Plant) in over 16,000 sq. feet of production area, Pack Concern Ltd is fully equipped to fulfill all of your printed auto packaging requirements.
All our automatic line machinery is manufactured and supplied by premier engineering companies of China and Taiwan origin. This ensures high-accuracy crease folds, clean slot cuts, and vibrant flexo print transfers on medium/heavy liner boards.

Automatic Line Technical Specs
1. Fully Automatic 5-ply Paper/Board Making Plant
Heating process: Steam heated corrugation. Driving mechanism: AC Variable Speed Drive. Operational speed: Max 120 meters per minute.
2. Automatic Printing, Creasing, Slotting & Die Cutting Machine
Auto Kicker Feeding system. High speed Flexographic process (Two-color rubber/polymer stereo). Production capability: Approx 3,000 sheets per hour. Physical dimension: Max sheet size 1000mm x 2400mm.
3. Auto Side Flap Gluing Machine
Integrated with Auto Rising Table, Squaring Arrangement, and conveyor belt lines.
4. Platen Punching & Die Cutting Machine
Fitted with electro-magnetic clutch and dual timer safety system for custom carton shape configurations.
